I haven’t received an order confirmation.
If you have not received an order confirmation after ordering an item, this is probably due to a typo in our system. In this case, you can contact us at info@deenposters.com, where you can ask if your orders are registered under correct email and name. We may subsequently send you an order confirmation. If your order has not gone through on our system, please contact us as soon as possible.
Is there a frame?
Unfortunately, no frames are included with the posters – these can be purchased separately under “FRAMES”.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you can! You can track your package via ‘Track and Trace’. All you have to do is enter your correct email at checkout and you will receive an email with information on how to track your package.
How much is the freight?
If you buy goods for over 399,- the shipping is free. If you shop for less than the aforementioned amount, a freight charge of 39,-.
How long does delivery take?
You will receive the item within 2-5 business days. In case of delays, you will receive an email. If you do not, please contact us at

Can I trade my item?
We don’t handle exchange. If you want to exchange your item/goods, it works through our return system. You can return your item within 30 days, after which you can order a new item as usual.
How do I return an item?
You can return an item within 60 days of receipt. When returning an item, you can write to us at info@deenposters.com and receive a bill of lading by email. When returning goods with a personal touch and the customer’s own specifications, ek.s. baptism posters and date posters, the right of withdrawal does not include. This is because the product is custom made. When complaining about the product, please contact us at info@deenposters.com within 3 days of receipt of the item. If this is not done, the right of complaint is waived.
How much is the return?
Upon return, you must purchase a parcel label yourself in a parcel shop when you return your package. We note that you bear the risk of Postershop receiving your return in good condition. In case of any defects and impairments upon receipt of your returned goods, postershop.dk may set off any loss. Posters with cracks and stutters are impairment and this is offset against the customer’s returned purchase.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
If the customer does not pick up their parcels from the parcel shop within 7 days, the package (per GLS rules) will be retuned to us. We charge 69,-, to cover the double shipping costs, as well as the cost of finding the item and unpacking it.
